As a condition of participating in the Program, You agree to be bound by and abide by all policies and procedures set forth in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

This Agreement becomes effective and enforceable with respect to each Customer upon the date the Customer purchases or otherwise registers for the Program.
For Customers joining the founding cohort, the first 30-day Program period begins October 16, 2026, regardless of the date of purchase.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
The Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Except as modified by this Agreement, those policies apply fully to You.
If there is a conflict between those policies and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
Fees
Your initial payment for participation in The Client Attraction System™ is $1,000.
This initial payment provides access to the first 30 days of the Program, beginning on the applicable Program start date.
Before the end of the initial 30-day period, You will have an opportunity to review Your progress with the Company and determine whether You wish to continue through the remainder of the 16-week Program.
If You elect to continue, the currently offered continuation options are:
- $3,500 paid in full, or

If You select the monthly payment option, Your selected payment method will be charged according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
Your continuation in the Program after the initial 30-day period is subject to completing the applicable continuation purchase or payment arrangement.
If a scheduled payment is not successfully made, the Company reserves the right to suspend Your access to the Program, community, coaching, training materials, or other associated services until the outstanding payment is resolved.
Payment Plan Authorization
If You elect a payment plan, You authorize the Company and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method You provide according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
The initial $1,000 payment is non-refundable.
The first 30 days of The Client Attraction System™ are designed to give You time to begin implementing the Program, participate in coaching, and determine whether You wish to continue through the remainder of the 16-week Program.
Before the end of the initial 30-day period, You will have an opportunity to review Your progress with the Company and discuss whether continuing through the remainder of the Program is appropriate.
If You choose not to continue after the initial 30-day period, You will not be charged for the remaining portion of the Program, provided You have not separately enrolled in or authorized a continuation payment plan.
Any amounts already paid for the initial 30-day period are non-refundable.
If You elect to continue into the remainder of the Program, the applicable continuation payment terms presented at checkout will govern those payments.
